Your portal account is required to sign in to Kasm Workspaces, Cisco Modeling Labs, Docker‑as‑a‑Service, and all other environments. If you haven’t registered yet, head to the portal now and set up your account so you can log in everywhere.

Xen-Garden

Xen Garden is a fully isolated Xen virtualization environment designed for hands‑on learning at scale. Students get their own safe, sandboxed space to build, break, and rebuild Xen systems without risking production networks. It’s a controlled garden of virtual machines where real hypervisor skills grow fast.

Docker Lab By Portainer

A fully isolated, student‑friendly Docker playground powered by Portainer. Each student gets their own container environment where they can deploy apps, break things, rebuild them, and learn real DevOps workflows without touching production. The lab runs on your homelab’s XCP‑ng cluster, backed by fast NFS storage, automatic cleanup, and resource limits so nobody can accidentally nuke the system.

Termix SSH/RDP/VNC/Console

A safe, isolated environment where students can access real hardware through browser‑based serial terminals powered by TermiX. Each student gets their own dedicated serial session to microcontrollers, SBCs, network gear, or embedded devices — no drivers, no local setup, no risk of bricking shared hardware.

Kasm gives students instant, browser‑based desktops they can use for labs, development, and experimentation without installing anything locally. Each environment is isolated, disposable, and built to reset fast so students can learn without fear of breaking anything. If one Kasm instance doesn’t let you create or launch what you need, just switch to another — every workspace is its own clean slate.

🛰️ Cisco Modeling Labs — Multi‑Instance Access

Cisco Modeling Labs gives students real Cisco network simulations with authentic router and switch behavior, all inside a safe virtual environment. Each CML instance is isolated and capped at a 5‑node running limit, so students can build small but realistic topologies without needing physical hardware. If one CML server won’t let you start new nodes because it’s at capacity, just switch to another — every instance is independent and ready for use.

Real Cisco Lab

The Real Cisco Lab gives students hands‑on access to actual Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls — not simulations, not emulators, but real enterprise‑grade gear. Every session is isolated, monitored, and built for safe experimentation so students can learn how real networks behave under real conditions. If a device is busy or reserved, switch to another rack — multiple hardware paths are available for uninterrupted learning.
